Full Circle follows award-winning filmmaker Jako Lucas as he takes his father, Dirk, to the wild shores of Gabon, one of Africa’s last untouched coastal wildernesses. The film explores the unspoken bond between father and son, built over a lifetime of shared waters and passed-down knowledge. Set where surf meets rainforest and bull sharks patrol dark water, it weaves intimate moments with the raw power of Gabonese fishing. As they cast for tarpon, African threadfin, cubera snapper, kob and longfin jacks, the story explores the connection found through shared pursuit. From Jako Lucas and Flowstate Productions.
